At Savoy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your Savoy account and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal and secure it firmly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
